Tours

The best time for tours is Monday-Thursday 7:30-12:30. There will not be a tour of the boarding suites, you may visit our lobby where we have a photo gallery for potential customers to view as we are unable to allow access to the boarding suites during renovations. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we update our facility for the comfort of your family member!

We don’t offer tours at check-in or while your dogs are with us. We’ve found it can have a negative impact on the dogs’ interaction with staff and playmates in that the kennel area ceases to be “neutral territory”
